Department Linking

If Settings > Slack > Department linking is ON:

• When a Digihub conversation is assigned to a department, a notification is sent to the linked Slack channel.
• The full conversation is only visible in the dedicated Slack channel for that user.

Setup steps:

• Get department IDs from Settings > Miscellaneous > Departments.
• Get channel IDs by clicking Get channel IDs in Slack settings.
